How can there be too many typefaces in the world? Are there too many songs, too many books, too many places to go? — Rian Hughes
Finding the right font for a graphic design project can be a tedious task because it brings out the perfectionist hidden inside every graphic designer. There are millions to choose from but every designer has their favourites, a handful of fonts that seem to work for any given project if all else fails.
Most will opt for famous fonts such as Helvetica, Franklin Gothic or Baskervile as go to fonts in a time of need and I have my own personal favs such as Myriad Pro and Trajan Pro however theres been a new kid on the block which I downloaded quite randomly a few months ago.
So far it’s managed to creep its way subconsciously into every project of mine since then and it comes in several weights making it a highly versatile font. It’s a great alternative when you’re looking for something professional and contemporary with weight variations.
What font is it??
