Think about it? From billboards and tweets to literature and speech, the best marketing:
All three aspects have been quintessential for centuries to do more then make a sale, they build a relationship. Whilst the first two may be seen as professional practices the third is a little more casual, quite possibly even more difficult; it not only needs to convey an emotion but also win one as well.
You might be able to inform but without entertaining you can’t strongly influence.
Whilst many see art and design as an easy practice, a hobby or maybe even egotistic it’s the one area that excels and prevailed when it comes to entertainment making it the perfect way to add “entertainment” into your marketing.
Literature after all is made up from the art of typography, whilst speech uses those words to paint a picture and a picture is of course a thousand words.
Whatever marketing you’re doing, ask yourself, “Is it entertaining?” If not then you might not be influencing.
We know that you run a business and your forte may not be art and design but ours is, so if you want a second opinion on your marketing materials then get in touch to see how we can make it a little more entertaining, in turn maybe a little more influencing.
